…this past week and weekend have been lovely. our visits to my parents are one of the only times i feel like i get a real vacation – i actually finished a book i’ve been reading for months and months…amazing. i thrifted like mad. i slept in. we ate the last of the ella-and-grandma-picked strawberries and raspberries. we bbq’d and ice creamed. and now it’s back to home and back to crossing things off the to-do list. and that is always sort of lovely too…
